Etika Email Rasmi Dan Tips Memohon Kerja Guna Email Berserta Adab Membalas

Ramai yang suka hentam, taram atau lagi 'bagus' kosongkan subjek.

Subjek merupakan kepala kepada email anda, bila anda buka email, apa yang nampak dahulu?.. isi email atau subjek??.. subjek kan?.. jadi jika anda sedar hal itu, anda patut lebih tahu yang subjek adalah benda paling penting dalam menghantar email rasmi.

Disini saya berikan contohnya subjek dan cara mengarang ayat email rasmi (terutama dalam Bahasa Inggeris):

I found two problem when accessing 'Subscription' in 'Serials':

1. I cannot edit 'Description'. In older version, I can always update the Description according to current year. But now, it cannot or won't save the change.
Is there any new ways for me to edit it?.

2. I cannot 'Add' the 'Copy Assignment' in 'Subscription details'. That add button seem not function. Thus it create a problem for me that I cannot check-in new magazine. I tried to fill all the important box, but that 'add' button still doesn't work. In older version, add button works fine. I even tried to follow steps according your latest manual, but that 'add' button still not working. Did I miss something here?.
